Description	This parcel is in the middle of the Alias region. It's not one of the largest, but it's cheap and by far large enough to put a very nice house on it. It's all made up of sandy beach. You can terraform this to make it look more natural of course. The tier box is located at the south-east corner. Alias is a nice and quiet region with a few shops and some homes. There are no clubs or venues of sexual nature. You can be sure of a peaceful time here, but it can also be a perfect location for an office or shop.
